Our private craft parties make it easy to relax, laugh, and create something beautiful together.
Choose Your Craft
- Terrariums - Create your own colourful, layered terrarium with two succulents and a variety of coloured sands.
- Mosaic Coasters - Choose one of our designs or bring your own idea to make a 5” mosaic coaster using tiny tiles.
- Seasonal Mosaics Design an 8” free standing seasonal mosaic piece. Choose from Pumpkins, Ghosts, Trees, or Hearts.

Pricing
$450 + HST for up to 12 guests - includes my travel costs to your location within Niagara Region. Additional mileage is charged north of Grimsby, we will go all over Southern Ontario.

Workshop Safety & Participation Disclaimer
By registering for or attending any Chunky Glitter Company workshop or event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding participation, safety, and personal responsibility.
Participation: All workshops are hands on crafting experiences. Participants agree to follow all instructions and use provided materials, equipment, and tools responsibly. Attendance and participation are voluntary, and individuals assume all responsibility for their own safety and well being during the event.
Workshops may involve the use of small items, adhesives, cutting tools, or other crafting materials. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times unless otherwise stated.
Safety: Chunky Glitter Company takes every precaution to provide a safe, enjoyable experience. Please notify us prior to attending if you have any allergies or sensitivities to crafting materials, adhesives, or pigments. Participants are encouraged to wear clothing suitable for crafting, some materials may stain or transfer.
All tools, materials, and surfaces are sanitized before each workshop, and supplies are provided in good condition. Participants must use all items in a safe, responsible manner.
Liability: By attending a workshop, you agree that Chunky Glitter Company, its owners, and team members are not liable for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, loss, or damage that may occur during or after participation.
You acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and assume full responsibility for any risks associated with the activity.
Photography & Media: By attending a workshop, you grant Chunky Glitter Company permission to capture photos or videos during the event. These images may be used for social media, promotional materials, or our website. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us before the event begins.

Private Workshop Policy
Private Party Booking Terms & Conditions
By booking a Private Craft Party with Chunky Glitter Company, you agree, on behalf of yourself and any guests you bring, to the following terms and conditions.
Booking Process: To reserve your preferred date and time, a $100 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
This deposit secures your chosen date and will be applied toward your total balance once the party is confirmed.
The remaining balance is due in full as soon as your party details are finalized and confirmed.
Payment can be made through any of our accepted methods, including credit card, debit, or e-transfer.
Bookings are not considered complete until both payment and confirmation have been received.
Event Responsibilities: Chunky Glitter Company will arrive approximately 30 minutes before your event to set up.
We provide all craft supplies, tools, materials, and step by step instruction for your selected project.
As the event host, you are responsible for:
- Providing the event space, including tables and chairs (allow approx. 2 ft of table space per guest)
- Ensuring guests know the start time and location
- Notifying us of any access, parking, or setup details prior to the event
Events should begin no later than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.
Late arrivals will be accommodated when possible, but additional time cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations & Refunds: We know life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled event will receive a refund of all payments made, minus the $100 non refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will receive a 50% refund of the total payment.
- If a guest cannot attend after payment has been made, no individual refunds or credits will be issued.
In exceptional cases (such as medical or family emergencies), we may review cancellation requests on a case by case basis. All such requests must be submitted in writing to chunkyglitter@outlook.com.
If Chunky Glitter Company must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund of all payments made and the option to reschedule.
Please allow up to 5 business days for any approved refunds to appear in your account.

Public Workshop Policy
Workshop Ticket Purchase Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all ticket purchases for any Chunky Glitter Company workshop ("Event"). By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the following Terms on behalf of yourself and any guests attending with you.
A. Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. However, tickets may be transferred to another person or a future workshop date if at least three (3) days’ notice is provided via email to chunkyglitter@outlook.com.
Please include the name and phone number of the person receiving the ticket transfer.
B. Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, all registered attendees will receive a full refund to their original payment method.
C. No Show Policy: If you fail to attend the event without providing prior notice, your ticket will be forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued.
D. Liability Waiver: By attending a Chunky Glitter Company workshop, you acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
You agree to release Chunky Glitter Company, its affiliates, employees, volunteers, and the hosting venue from any liability for injury, property damage, or loss occurring during the Event.
You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers and their representatives from any related claims or damages.
E. Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and follow any rules or safety guidelines provided by the organizers or venue.
Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
F. Photography and Recording: By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the Event.
Chunky Glitter Company reserves the right to use this content for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes without further consent or compensation.
G. Severability: If any portion of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
H. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
I. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Chunky Glitter Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to our website or otherwise communicated to registered participants.
