Shipping Policy

Chunky Glitter Company currently ships within Canada only.

We offer $15 flat rate tracked shipping Canada wide to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. All shipments include tracking information, which will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

We also offer a $5 letter mail shipping option through Canada Post, please note, these packages have no tracking, once they have left our hands we have no way to follow up. This is a use at your own discretion service, orders that do not arrive will NOT be replaced. Canada Post may also strike at anytime leaving your packages in limbo.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During new product releases, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always strive to ship as quickly as possible.

Local Pickup

Free Local Pickup is available in Niagara Falls, Ontario. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Orders that are not picked up within 120 days will be considered abandoned and returned to stock with no refunds issued.

Rural Locations and Territories

For extremely rural areas and territories, additional shipping fees may apply. If these costs are significantly higher than our flat rate, we will contact you before shipping. If the additional fees are declined, Chunky Glitter Company reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Delivery Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once your order has shipped, we cannot make address changes. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect address information.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at chunkyglitter@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist you.
