Get creative with colour, pattern, and texture in our Mosaic Coaster Private Workshop.
Participants will design and create a 5” mosaic coaster using tiny tiles and adhesive. Choose from provided designs or bring your own idea to life. This workshop is tactile, creative, and incredibly satisfying — perfect for relaxed group gatherings.

By registering for or attending any Chunky Glitter Company workshop, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Participation
All workshops are hands-on creative experiences. Participants agree to follow instructions and use all provided tools and materials responsibly. Attendance and participation are voluntary, and participants assume responsibility for their own safety and well-being during the workshop.
Workshops may involve small items, adhesives, cutting tools, or other crafting materials. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times unless otherwise stated.
Safety
Chunky Glitter Company takes precautions to provide a safe and enjoyable experience. Please notify us in advance of any allergies or sensitivities to crafting materials, adhesives, or pigments.
Participants are encouraged to wear clothing suitable for crafting, as some materials may stain or transfer.
All tools, materials, and surfaces are sanitized prior to each workshop, and supplies are provided in good condition. Participants are expected to use all items safely and responsibly.
Liability
By attending a workshop, participants agree that Chunky Glitter Company, its owners, and team members are not liable for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, loss, or damage that may occur during or after participation.
Participation is voluntary, and attendees assume full responsibility for any risks associated with the activity.
Photography & Media
By attending a workshop, you grant Chunky Glitter Company permission to capture photos or videos during the event for use on social media, marketing materials, or our website.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us prior to the workshop.

Private Workshop Policy
Booking Terms & Conditions
Booking Process
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your preferred date and time.
This deposit is applied toward your total workshop balance.
The remaining balance is due in full a minimum of one week before your workshop date.
Payment may be made via accepted payment methods including credit card, debit, or e-transfer.
Event Responsibilities
Chunky Glitter Company will arrive approximately 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time to allow for setup.
We provide all tools, materials, supplies, and step-by-step instruction for the selected workshop.
The booking contact is responsible for:
- Providing the event space, tables, and seating (approximately 2 ft of table space per participant)
- Ensuring participants are aware of the start time and location
- Notifying us of any access, parking, or setup considerations in advance
Workshops should begin no later than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.
Late arrivals will be accommodated when possible; however, additional time cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans can change.
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the workshop date will receive a refund of all payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop date will receive a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No individual refunds or credits are issued for participants unable to attend after payment has been made.
In exceptional circumstances (such as medical or family emergencies), cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted in writing to chunkyglitter@outlook.com.
If Chunky Glitter Company must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be fully refunded and participants will have the option to reschedule.
Approved refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear.
Public Workshop Policy
Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions
All ticket purchases for public Chunky Glitter Company workshops are subject to the following terms:
Refunds & Transfers
All ticket sales are final.
Tickets may be transferred to another person or a future workshop date with at least three (3) days’ notice by email to chunkyglitter@outlook.com. Please include the name and phone number of the person receiving the ticket.
Event Cancellation
If a public workshop is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, all registered participants will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
No-Show Policy
Participants who do not attend without prior notice will forfeit their ticket. No refunds or credits will be issued.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to act respectfully and follow all safety guidelines. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the workshop without refund.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
